ECS Valet Mobile uses a simple, per-property monthly pricing model. Each property on your account is billed based on the plan you choose for that specific community. If a property is under 150 units, it qualifies for the Standard Plan at $99/month. If it is over 150 units, it uses the Premium Plan at $189/month.
You can mix and match plans depending on your portfolio. For example, if you manage one Premium property for $189/month and add another property on the Standard Plan for $99/month, your total monthly cost would be $288/month.
Every property operates independently inside the system, and you are only billed for the properties you have active, making this pricing model flexible as your valet business grows.
