As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated sales individual to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth through direct sales.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Valet Trash Technician to play a dual role in our operations and sales team. This is not your typical trash pickup job — this is a sales-focused opportunity that includes engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and helping us grow our client base in the dfw.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a extra flexible side hustle or part-time sales role with competitive pay and great commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Promote EcoClear Solutions’ valet trash services to prospective communities and property managers. ( this will require you to drive to apartment communities to promote our services )
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned areas
• Occasionally assist with valet trash collection to support operational needs and better understand our service model
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in valet trash services
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Outgoing, personable, and motivated by commission-based sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings or flexible hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
