As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated sales individual to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth through direct sales.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Valet Trash Technician.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an extra flexible side hustle or part-time role with competitive pay and great commission potential.

Responsibilities

Collect bagged household trash and recycling door-to-door within apartment communities
Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor using provided equipment
Represent EcoClear Solutions professionally while wearing the required uniform
Work 5–6 nights per week, starting at 6:45 PM
Complete your daily route 2.5 to 3.0 hours sometimes 3.5

Qualifications

Open-bed truck (2014 or newer preferred)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be reliable and punctual (zero-tolerance policy for no-shows) more than 2 missed services without notice in a 30 day period can lead to termination.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and detail
Must follow company policies and wear the required uniform
