Resident's Valet Trash Collection and Sustainable Waste Practices.

To ensure smooth and efficient valet waste removal in your community, it’s important to follow proper preparation practices. Below are key guidelines to help you comply with your service’s policies and maintain a clean, orderly environment:

Place your designated valet trash container outside your door before the scheduled doorstep trash collection time.

Only use the official container provided by your valet waste removal provider.

All waste must be securely bagged and tied (NO LOOSE TRASH/LEAKING/RIPPED BAGS) before being placed in the container—loose items are not permitted. (If the bag is leaking, we are unable to pick it up; please double-bag leaking/torn bags.)

Cardboard boxes should be broken down and neatly placed on top of/to the side of the bin, if permitted.

Double-bag all pet waste to prevent odors and leakage, or place it inside the actual trash bag.

Refrain from placing hazardous items, such as broken glass or sharp objects, in the bin.

Do not exceed a 20-pound weight limit per bag to ensure safe handling.

Bulk Large items (e.g., furniture, oversized boxes) are not eligible for valet pickup and should be disposed of through appropriate bulk waste services.

Familiarize yourself with your service provider’s specific guidelines regarding acceptable and prohibited waste materials.

Residents are responsible for returning their trash can inside before 9:00 AM the following morning.

By adhering to these best practices, you help ensure timely collection, reduce service disruptions, and contribute to a cleaner, more pleasant community for everyone.
