As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated sales individual to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth through direct sales.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Valet Trash Technician to play a dual role in our operations and sales team. This is not your typical trash pickup job — this is a sales-focused opportunity that includes engaging with potential clients, explaining our services, and helping us grow our client base in the DFW.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an extra flexible side hustle or part-time sales role with competitive pay and great commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Promote EcoClear Solutions’ valet trash services to prospective communities and property managers. (This will require you to drive to apartment communities to promote our services.)
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned areas
• Occasionally assist with valet trash collection to support operational needs and better understand our service model
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in valet trash services
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or business development
• Outgoing, personable, and motivated by commission-based sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings or flexible hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
